Delivery, Returns and Exchanges
- Deliveries domestically and internationally are made by UPS or FedEx shipment. Shipping costs are determined by the volumetric weight and will be calculated at the time of purchase.
- Returns and/or exchanges are accepted up to 15 days after purchase.
- Purchases in the NYC metropolitan area can be hand delivered and set up in your home
Cleaning
- While our rugs are of the finest quality we do offer cleaning and repair services. Our rugs are made to last a lifetime.
Padding
- All our rugs come with a custom measured and cut padding for your rug
